PharmaDesk — Smart Pharmacy Management SaaS

A comprehensive B2B SaaS platform built specifically to automate pharmacy operations, retail billing workflows, multi-batch inventory tracking, and sales analytics.

Tech Stack: Next.js, TanStack + Vite, Better Auth, PostgreSQL, Razorpay (Payments), Fastify backend APIs, Turborepo monorepo.

Core Features:

  • Dashboard & KPIs: Real-time monitoring of low stock items, expiring medicines, and total daily sales.
  • Inventory & Batch Tracking: Full CRUD management with multi-batch expiry dates, automated stock calculation, and hard-block expiry prevention.
  • Invoicing & PDF Export: Instant retail bill creation, client challans, client PDF generation (jsPDF + html2canvas), and automated real-time stock deduction.
  • Reports & Analytics: In-depth sales volume analysis, profit margin tracking, and inventory valuation summaries.
  • Subscription System: Infinity plan model with 7-day trial and server-side feature enforcement.
