Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. General Policy

All donations made through this platform are voluntary contributions. As donations are not purchases of goods or services, they are generally non-refundable once processed.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions: If you were charged multiple times for the same donation due to a technical error
  • Incorrect amount: If an amount different from what you intended was charged due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized transactions: If a donation was made without your consent

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@example.com within 7 days of the transaction
  2. Include your Order ID and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the donation.

5. Cancellations

Since donations are processed immediately, cancellation is not possible once a transaction is initiated. If you wish to cancel a donation in progress, you may close the payment window before completing the transaction.

6. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If not, please contact us with your Order ID.
